WELCOME TO FRIENDS DAY!
Every year, RecBoard, a student-led organization sponsored by Montclair State University’s Department of Campus Recreation, plans and hosts this fun-filled day of activities for children and young adults with disabilities (ages 5-21). This includes games, arts & crafts, swimming, basketball, and more!
Each child will be paired with two college "buddies" to accompany them throughout their session. There is a different theme each year, such as Super Mario and Minions. So if you would like to return for more fun, feel free to join us for this year's theme, Disneyland!
Please sign your child up here! There are two available sessions, morning and afternoon, each lasting two hours. Free of charge!
Volunteer to be a friend's buddy here! You and another buddy will escort a friend around to do the activities.
